The board also accepted resignations from several staff members, including Christina Rivera (principal secretary) and multiple paraprofessionals and teachers. Several paraprofessionals and classroom teachers were listed as new hires with start dates in September 2024; specific contract terms were noted as “per the CBA.”
The board adopted Resolution 2024‑25 #3 to create a K–1 Pull‑Out Resource (POR) teacher position. The resolution was recorded as approved by roll call. The HR agenda also included mentor assignments and a long list of extra‑curricular and coaching assignments for the school year.
