Earlham Planning & Zoning elects new chair, approves agenda and adjourns

The Earlham Planning & Zoning Commission began its April 27 meeting at 7:00 p.m. at Earlham City Hall and quickly handled routine business, unanimously approving the agenda and electing a new chair.
Andrew Gettler moved and Chad Hayes seconded approval of the meeting agenda; the roll call vote was unanimous. Nominations for chairperson were opened and Russell Dobbins was elected by unanimous vote; Commissioner Sue Ramsey moved to approve the appointment and Commissioner Chad Hayes seconded. Clerk Visser was present; Commissioner Steve Ory was listed as absent.
After the Commission conducted its scheduled public hearing and referred the Commercial District ordinance change to the City Council, Andrew Gettler moved and Sue Ramsey seconded a motion to adjourn; the roll-call vote was unanimous and the meeting ended at 7:26 p.m.
