Ruthven — The Ruthven City Council met Oct. 8, 2025, at the Ruthven Social Center and approved a set of routine items, including the Sept. 24 meeting minutes, the claims report, the clerk’s financial statements and the Street Finance Report. The motion to approve those items was made by Councilmember Morgan Miller, seconded by Councilmember Hailey Derrickson, and passed 4–0 with Councilmember Terrence Williams absent.
The council also voted to approve pay application No. 12 for the city’s water treatment plant. Councilmember Maya Cacek moved the pay application; Derrickson seconded. The motion passed unanimously among members present (Williams absent).
