Hainesport board authorizes Keystone Construction to resurface large basketball court

At the Sept. 24 meeting the Hainesport Township Board of Education authorized the Business Administrator to execute a contract and procure services from Keystone Construction to resurface the district’s large basketball court pursuant to EdgeMarket co-op RFP #269EMCPS-22-004.
The Finance/Facilities/Technology committee, chaired by Larry Brandolph, presented financial reports for July and August and recommended the contract award. The minutes note that approval of facility use and contracts is contingent on the district’s receipt of required documentation, including proof of insurance and confirmation of area availability relative to prior approvals.
The board recorded the motion and approved payment of bills for July and August and other routine financial items in the same section of the agenda. The resurfacing authorization was included among the action items approved by roll call.
