Ogdensburg council approves payroll contract, recommends Plant Street vendors and appoints temporary DPW laborer

The Mayor and Council of the Borough of Ogdensburg on Aug. 14 approved several routine actions, including a two-year non-fair-and-open contract for payroll and accounting services, vendor recommendations for a street-improvement project, a temporary public works appointment and the redemption of a tax-sale certificate.
The council unanimously moved the consent agenda after a minor correction to the minutes was noted.
