Oversight committee approves March and December minutes, asks for livestream links and better web posting
Summary

Representative Rick Ladd called for approval of the December 30, 2025 minutes and the March 27, 2026 minutes (with an amendment to add a livestream link). Motions to approve were made and seconded; both votes were unanimous.
Members urged staff to improve public access to agendas and minutes — specifically to post agendas/minutes on the committee web page and to include livestream links in posted minutes. Committee members discussed staff capacity and asked staff to coordinate with the researcher and Legislative Budget Assistance to identify posting procedures.
