At its May 18 meeting the Seabrook Planning Board set continuances for two agenda items and filled an alternate vacancy.
Chairman Jason Janvrin said applicants for Case 2026‑10 (Affordable Computer Technology, 16 Whitaker Way) and Case 2026‑04 (Jonathan Clark, 8‑lot subdivision on Ledge Road) requested continuances because plans and materials were not complete; Janvrin stated both matters were scheduled to return to the Planning Board on June 15 at 6:30 p.m.
Janvrin also noted he received an email from Paul Knowles expressing interest in serving as a planning‑board alternate. Janvrin moved to appoint Paul Knowles as an alternate with a term ending in April 2029; Harold Eaton seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes note four alternate positions are open. No public comment on these items was recorded in the transcript.
