Planner presents updated master‑plan chapters; June public input event planned

Tom Morgan presented updated chapters of Seabrook’s master plan at the April 20 meeting and asked the planning board to review the revisions ahead of a vote on the revised chapters next month.
Morgan said the town will host a public input event in June for residents to provide comments on the next set of chapters. Chairman Janvrin pointed out a spelling error on page 18 that Morgan said he would correct and also asked that the plan mention new wells on Stard Road, which Morgan noted are not expected to be online until 2030 but could be referenced in the plan.
Morgan said he will keep the planning board secretary informed about scheduling future public hearings and meetings related to the master plan update.
