Board approves routine permits, contracts and adopts Emergency Operations Plan

The Board handled multiple routine administrative and project items at its July 2, 2026 meeting:

- Consent agenda: Ms. Maynard moved and Chair Huckabee seconded approval of the consent agenda, including June 4 minutes, recognition of a June 4 executive session (real estate), bills to pay for July 2026, and May financial reports; the motion passed without discussion.

- Signal services: The Board authorized execution of a 2026–2028 signal maintenance proposal; preventative maintenance costs remain unchanged while some responsive hourly rates increased.

- Emergency Operations Plan: The Board adopted Resolution 15-2026 to adopt the 2026 Emergency Operations Plan after review by Chester County Department of Emergency Services and the Township Emergency Management Coordinator. Ms. Maynard moved and Mr. Huckabee seconded; the motion passed without discussion.
