Michael Gavin told the Board that the design work is more complex and expensive than anticipated and that he is pursuing fundraising to cover costs. Chair Jeff Huckabee moved to suspend enforcement actions through July 31, 2027; Ms. Maynard seconded and the motion passed without discussion.
The suspension is procedural and temporary; the Board set no additional conditions in the minutes and will review the matter again if the required permit submittal is not completed by the extended deadline.
