Palmyra council adopts consent agenda, OKs off‑duty police billing contract and field dedication

The consent agenda was approved without discussion or recorded opposition. During the public comment period later in the meeting, Tri Boro Track Club representative Mr. Burroughs requested municipal assistance for restarting the club; Mr. Gural told him the borough considers donations to registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits and instructed him to submit documentation for council consideration.
