The Select Board unanimously accepted a framed photograph of the Old Man of the Mountain donated by Udo during its May 5 meeting. Library trustees will hang the photograph in the library and requested a short provenance summary; the Board agreed a plaque noting provenance would be appropriate.
The donor spoke briefly about his interest in bird photography and his long-standing connection to local natural-history photography. Trustees also asked for help locating contractors for library exterior railing replacement, retaining-wall repair and a foundation crack; they plan to post trustee meetings to the town calendar and explore an independent library website.
The Board recorded the acceptance as a unanimous vote and asked trustees to provide a provenance summary for plaque text and display plans.
