The amendment changed a line under Review Bylaws to read: "raised a question about the Selectmen’s timetable for appointment of members to the CIP Committee."
The change was proposed during consideration of the draft minutes and accepted by the committee as a clarification to the bylaws review note. David Plummer initiated the motion and Jack Letvinchuk seconded; the minutes were approved "as amended."
The committee opened the June 11 meeting at 1:01 p.m. and adjourned at 1:28 p.m. Michelle McCaleb recorded the meeting and filed the minutes.
