Newry selectmen authorize contract sign-off, set $20,000 chimney budget and record FEMA payment

Powers also reported that Jack Taylor completed drone work and will deliver a CD, and that Pat Fenney will perform cemetery repairs; the minutes note a broken stone at Foster Cemetery and a request about digging an urn hole.
