According to the motion recorded in the minutes, bond proceeds, together with other available town funds, will be used to acquire, construct, rehabilitate and equip the Town’s water supply, distribution and related facilities and to pay associated issuance costs. No final bond authorization or sale took place at the Dec. 1 meeting; the Jan. 20 hearing will collect public comment and allow council consideration of a resolution authorizing the bond.
