Council moved and approved a motion to authorize staff to draft an agreement with CORE/Corinc for real-estate acquisition services (cost not to exceed $63,900 plus $4,300 per parcel where appraisal is required), contingent on Wisconsin Department of Transportation approval. Staff will proceed with DOT coordination and return necessary documents for final execution.
