New Melle Planning and Zoning approves agenda and minutes, sets next meeting

The New Melle Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the minutes of its Jan. 13, 2026 meeting at its Feb. 3 session.
At roll call Chairman Stefanko recorded Commissioner Duggan, Commissioner Cummins, Commissioner Sims, Alderman Gust and Commissioner Pollihan as present; Code Enforcement Officer Follmer and Mayor Burt were absent. Commissioner Duggan moved to approve the agenda; Commissioner Sims seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Cummins moved to approve the minutes of Jan. 13, 2026; Commissioner Duggan seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
At the end of the session Commissioner Sims moved to adjourn, Commissioner Duggan seconded, and the commission adjourned at 8:30 p.m. The next Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 145 Almeling St., New Melle.
