Town of Walton names Walter Geidel FEMA alternate coordinator for DR-4825; board approves several routine items

The board approved the appointment of Ronda L. Williams as Deputy Town Clerk/Collector and Deputy Registrar of Vital Records effective Oct. 7, 2024, through Dec. 31, 2025, at the budgeted salary (Resolution #101). The board approved disposal of 1998–2008 Housing Rehabilitation Case Files (CDBG) in accordance with New York State retention rules; a roll-call vote recorded Councilmen Armstrong, Govern, Rodriguez-Betancourt, Councilwoman Wood and Supervisor Cetta as Aye (Resolution #102).
Finally, the board approved vouchers presented for payment across funds, including General and Highway accounts (Resolution #103). With no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
