The joint boards of the Sedona Summit 2 Community Facility District and the Fairfield Community Facility District met June 23 and approved feasibility reports for fiscal years 2027–2029 and final budgets for fiscal year 2026–27.
Chair Ploog called the meeting to order at 3:45 p.m. and opened the public hearings. Board members heard no public comments; “We don't have any cards, so I'm gonna close the public hearing,” Chair Ploog said. A committee member moved to adopt each district's feasibility report and to approve final budgets; Chair Ploog seconded each motion and the motions carried by voice vote.
The Sedona Summit 2 board approved Resolution 2026-3, adopting its feasibility report that outlines proposed projects to be funded by the district in 2027–2029, and approved Resolution 2026-4, adopting a final budget of $220,000 for fiscal year 2026–27. The Fairfield Community Facility District approved its Resolution 2026-3 adopting a feasibility report for 2027–2029 and approved Resolution 2026-4 adopting a final budget of $170,000 for fiscal year 2026–27.
