DARMSTADT, Ind. — At the Sept. 17 Town Council meeting, Sheriff Deputy Chris Rowe announced two new deputies would be assigned to Darmstadt and provided patrol statistics for August.
Rowe said Mark Johnson and Josh Hischler will be assigned to the town and “will be available for questions and concerns,” and that deputies conducted 61 extra patrols in Darmstadt last month plus 20 traffic enforcements for August.
No actions or votes were recorded on the report; the announcement was presented as informational to the council and public.
The council did not record questions or public concerns in the minutes following the report.
