The board approved paying vouchers 9385–9392 in the amount of $10,233.76 on a motion by Hammarlund with a second from Trustee Josh Behr. Trustee Dennis Reinemann moved to approve June's Treasurer's report; Trustee Behr seconded and the motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:04 p.m. on a motion from Trustee Hammarlund, seconded by Trustee Behr.
