On public notices, the podcast explained a resolution would move the official posting site from the front City Hall lobby to the police department lobby "in part because our front lobby is not open 24/7, whereas the police department lobby is always open," Hala said, and added the move is intended to ensure compliance with Iowa Code posting requirements.
