Morrow County to submit combined phase 2–3 packet after positive Phase 1 review of jail project

The Administrator, who provided the update, said staff plans to submit a combined Phase 2 and Phase 3 submission by the end of July with the aim of advertising the project for bid in the fall. "We will be submitting for a phase 2 and phase 3 combined," the Administrator said, adding the county hopes to be "ready to go out to bid in the fall of the month."
