Administrator reports contractors finishing building move; airport hangar timeline and jail pricing delayed

Administrator Brooker (speaker S1) told the Morrow County commissioners that contractors were finishing work on a building so staff could complete a scheduled move and allow the board of elections to occupy Door D next Monday.
"Our contractors are finished working to try to get things wrapped up by the end of this week so that we can, still have that move on Monday for the board of election out of Door D," Brooker said. He added that contractors had returned a damaged charger that will be processed through the pending sales timeline and that one sale in the packet had received 18 bids totaling $580.
Brooker also reported progress on an airport hangar project, describing coordination with students and an instructional component, and said the project's goal is to have the hangar built on the stated timeline. He said the county will continue coordination with contractors and relevant boards to finalize designs and timing.
On the county jail project, a commissioner reported that pricing had not yet been received and indicated it could take another week for pricing; the commissioner said the design/layout would need the board's approval once received.
Brooker said the county will meet with the sheriff's office on June 23 for a phase-one review as part of ongoing coordination on that project. No formal votes were taken on the operational updates; the reports were entered for the record.
