Booth said the update was administrative housekeeping and did not require a public hearing.
Minutes: The board unanimously approved the Aug. 22 regular meeting minutes and the Sept. 11 special meeting minutes (each motion passed 3‑aye, 0‑nay).
Contract: The clerk presented a proposal from Long Fence Co. to install a 10‑ft gate on the back side of the wastewater plant fence for $2,960. President Willis moved to approve the proposal; Commissioner Schuster seconded and the motion passed 3‑aye, 0‑nay.
Why it matters: The overlay map consolidates prior town land‑use products into a single official map for administrative clarity. The gate contract is a routine infrastructure maintenance expenditure charged to town funds.
What’s next: Ordinance 18‑04 (a separate zoning ordinance re‑enactment) was postponed because the town attorney has not completed her review; that item will return at a future meeting.
