Seymour council approves payments and carpet budget, moves to closed session over development agreements

Krull also moved to adopt Resolution NO RE 2025-185, amending the capital budget to authorize carpet replacement for the Fire and Rescue Departments; Gerbers seconded, and the motion carried. The council then voted to adjourn the regular session and enter closed session "pursuant to Wis.
