River Ridge CDD appoints Keith Merrill to vacant board seat; oath administered

Keith Merrill was appointed Oct. 22 to fill the River Ridge Community Development District’s vacant Seat 1, the board announced during its regular meeting.
Bob Schultz nominated Merrill and, on a motion by Schultz seconded by Robert Twombly, the board approved the appointment "with all in favor," the minutes show. Cleo Adams, acting as notary, administered the Oath of Office to Merrill during the meeting.
District Counsel Tony Pires and Mrs. Adams then reviewed required ethics training, Form 1 filing, the Sunshine Law, public records obligations and Form 8B voting-conflict procedures that apply to CDD board members.
The seat’s unexpired term runs through November 2026. Schultz thanked Kevin Ofenloch for his willingness to serve after the board confirmed Merrill’s selection.
