Mannington committee reschedules November meeting and approves monthly bills

Deputy Mayor Eber made the motion to approve payment of the regular monthly bills; Committeeman DiGregorio seconded. The record shows a roll‑call vote: Asay — yes; Eber — yes; DiGregorio — yes. The minutes record the motion as carried.
