The Work Group planned to meet Oct. 21 to select a consultant, then schedule a Master Planning kick‑off and draft the first public survey.
Next steps spelled out in the minutes include finalizing a workplan and schedule with the selected consultant and creating and distributing an initial community survey. The minutes do not list consultant names or contract values.
