The Town of Winter Harbor Board of Selectmen signed a contract with Schoodic EMS at the July 14 meeting; the minutes record the contract as signed 2-0.
Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb reported the town is signing a new Mutual Aid Agreement with Gouldsboro Fire Department as part of routine fire-service coordination. The minutes list the mutual aid agreement among Town Manager updates and note that notices have been sent.
On non-emergency municipal policy, after discussion the board voted to discontinue the yellow town trash bags and to use trash stickers only; the motion was recorded as Approved 3-0. The board also discussed updates to the personnel policy and instructed Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb to prepare changes for a vote at the next meeting.
