Winter Harbor elects G. Harrington chair; board approves routine minutes and warrants

Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb called the Town of Winter Harbor Board of Selectmen to order at 6:00 p.m. July 14. The board elected G. Harrington as chair after a motion by R. Hemenway; the motion was seconded and approved 2-0.
The board approved the Selectmen meeting minutes of June 30, 2025 and the Town Meeting minutes of June 18, 2025, both recorded as approved 3-0. It also approved Warrant #1 (dated July 10, 2025) and Warrant #3 (dated July 11, 2025) by a 3-0 vote.
The actions keep routine municipal business on schedule and maintain financial oversight between meetings. Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb presented the items to the board and signed the minutes as recorded.
Attending members listed in the minutes included T. Bickford, G. Harrington, R. Hemenway, S. Liscomb, R. Chandler, H. Heath, J. Jacobs, D. Young, R. Arnett, S. Ribble and W. O’Brien. The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
