President Dale DeRolph called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m., and Treasurer Jennie Clifton conducted roll call; the minutes list Sharon Cains, Dale DeRolph, Levi Dupler, Patrick Hogan and Megan Miller as members present.
Board member Levi Dupler moved to enter an executive session at 7:32 a.m. "for the purpose of matters required to be kept confidential by federal law or rules or state statutes." Board member Megan Miller seconded the motion. The board approved the motion on a roll-call vote—Dupler, Miller, Cains, Hogan and DeRolph voted aye—recorded as 5-0. The minutes indicate the board returned from executive session at 7:54 a.m. After returning, Board member Patrick Hogan moved to adjourn the meeting; Dupler seconded. The motion to adjourn passed on a roll-call vote (5-0) and President DeRolph declared the meeting adjourned. The minutes were attested by the president and treasurer.
