Mid‑East Vocational School reports enrollment rise, campus updates to Northern Local board

France said the summer included added parking at both the Zanesville and Buffalo campuses, that construction at the Zanesville campus is on schedule, and that two new classrooms are being added at the Buffalo campus. He reported that 42 CDL driving simulators have been approved for Mid‑East campuses and an additional 11 simulators will be used at home school locations; those units are expected to be delivered by year end.
France also noted the Mid‑East Hall of Fame ceremonies are scheduled for Oct. 22 and Oct. 24, 2024, and described touring the barn at the Buffalo campus, where classroom facilities allow students to study and observe animals at close proximity.
