The extension holds the master plan in place for an additional year; Ardente said the owner will either preserve the current plan or file a new project that would proceed in place of the preserved plan. The board provided no substantive conditions during the vote and recorded affirmative votes from the voting members present.
The board’s action means the developer retains the approved plan’s protections for one more year; next procedural steps will depend on whether the applicant submits new plans or proceeds under the existing master plan.
