Committee members moved and carried recommendations on the library levy, tax levy, water and sewer utility budgets, the 2026 capital improvement budget, non‑represented wages and library board appointments.

Schaumberg moved to recommend the Utility Board approve the payment in lieu of taxes from the Water Utility to the General Fund; VanderHeiden seconded and the motion carried. Schaumberg moved to recommend that the council accept the library board appointments for the Muehl Public Library; VanderHeiden seconded and the motion carried.
