Sanbornton Planning Board approves minutes, seeks recording secretary and schedules follow-ups

The Sanbornton Planning Board approved the draft minutes from its June 4 meeting on a motion by Selectman Representative Brandon Deacon, seconded by Chairman Andy Sanborn; the motion passed 4-0-1 with Jody Slack abstaining.
Chairman Andy Sanborn designated Alternate Patti Bartlett to sit as a voting member for the meeting’s votes. Selectman Representative Brandon Deacon suggested that Planning Board Assistant Stephen Laurin work with Trish to post a job notice for a Planning Board recording secretary on the town website and possibly in the NHMA classifieds.
The board also asked staff to research whether driveway regulations can include National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements by reference and to return findings to a future meeting. Planning Board Assistant Stephen Laurin asked members to review his email concerning homeowners associations and the board’s involvement with them. The meeting adjourned at 8:56 p.m.
