Library Director Rebekka Mateyk was listed on the agenda as the staff contact for the project.
The change reduces the trustees’ long-term maintenance obligation to match the warranty term provided by Revision. The trustees recorded that the Revision warranty is 10 years and amended their prior vote accordingly. The trustees did not specify any additional contingency or funding plan beyond the amended maintenance period.
