Fire Chief Shawn Atkins and Deputy Chief Jed Schwartz filed the Fire and Rescue report (one rescue call and two fire calls for April 30–May 6, 2026). They noted concerns with ambulance‑billing payments from insurers or the billing company not being received; the minutes state Cynthia Dressel will follow up with the billing company to address the matter.
The Police Department activity report was entered into the record: 78 calls and 842 miles driven in April. The minutes also show the board received correspondence from the Department of Revenue Administration and the New Hampshire Employment Security office and a DES acceptance of an Individual Sewage Disposal System permit application for a property on Island Pond Road.
