Chair Sarah Wojslaw called the North Royalton Storm Water Committee to order at 6:01 p.m. on June 2, 2026. The committee reviewed routine maintenance work and approved the May 6, 2026 minutes before moving into departmental reports.
Wastewater Superintendent Ed Haller told the committee that crews had performed “a lot of work” responding to resident calls about catch basins, and that call volumes “come in waves” and are weather dependent. He said crews try to address issues on their first visit when possible and otherwise place requests on a schedule to be handled when staff are in the neighborhood. “If they ever have questions, reach out to his department and they will let you know where it is on their schedule,” Haller said.
Chair Wojslaw asked whether the call volume was normal for spring; Haller replied that it varies by weather and reiterated the department’s process for scheduling and triage. The committee did not take further action on the report.
The meeting record shows no new business; Ms. Wojslaw moved and Mr. Coleman seconded to adjourn at 6:04 p.m., with the motion passing by recorded vote. The committee did not vote on additional projects or funding at the June 2 meeting.
