Wagner summarized other items requiring attention: a quote for Mergen’s 14‑foot Stealth equipment was on file, dust control work is complete but the city is awaiting a response on three invoices, the tractor is still at a repair shop, and BARGEN streets have been crack‑filled with Mower County scheduled to seal coat after Rose Creek Days. He said the lift‑station meter is not working and the City Hall parking lot may need crack‑fill and seal coating.
On operational details, Wagner noted a Wi‑Fi estimate for the park and Main Street of about $750–$1,000 or the option to piggyback with existing services. He confirmed that porta‑potties and trash containers for Rose Creek Fun Days have been ordered and were confirmed by the city clerk to arrive Thursday.
