Chair Paul O’Brien and other members listed infrastructure (roads), docks and wharves, Libby Museum matters, signage, and hiring a town manager among the top concerns. The board instructed that the work-plan item be placed at the top of the May 6 Select Board agenda for finalization.
The board asked staff to consolidate each member’s priority groupings and forward them to the town’s agenda coordinator (referred to in the meeting as Amy) so the items can be scheduled for discussion. No formal vote on the final work plan was taken at the April 22 meeting.
