Bob Shilo, representing the Abenaki Water Ski Club, described the existing public dock (installed in 1998) and said Watermark Marine would donate a 6' x 30' Trex‑type dock surface valued at $9,500; the club separately offered $3,000 to cover permitting and decking material costs (NHDES permitting estimated at about $1,200). Chair O’Brien said photos would be included in the minutes; DPW indicated the project is acceptable pending receipt of an insurance certificate. The board approved motions to accept both donations under RSA 31:95‑b and 5‑0 votes followed.
Separately, Collin Frucci, owner of Wake Winni/Wolfeboro Watersports LLC, requested commercial vessel landing permits for six vessels; the board approved the permits with a requirement that Hull ID numbers be provided and a condition to use Commercial Dock 1 for pickups/drop‑offs. The board also appointed Goodhue Boat Company to serve as the town’s boat registration agent to issue registrations when the town clerk is closed.
Each motion passed without opposition; DPW staff will follow up on insurance and required hull identification paperwork.
