The delegation previously adopted a technical amendment to correct an inadvertent omission of existing law and reported a 19–0 favorable vote out of the delegation during earlier consideration.
Delegate Placovich Kaur moved to report the bill favorably; the motion was seconded on the floor. Placovich Kaur, who spoke during the committee meeting, said there was no discussion on the bill itself but publicly "did just wanna close the loop" about related testimony: "We had gotten some, very thoughtful testimony during the bill hearing in December from a former member of this delegation and a still current Montgomery County Council resident" that raised concerns about public access to filed ethics forms for planning board members. She said that while PGMC 10526 is limited to Prince George's County, the committee or delegation might revisit the public-access question in a future session.
After members were called to vote, the chair announced, "PGMC 10526 passes out of this committee unanimously." The committee did not record a numeric roll-call tally in the transcript; the chair described the result as unanimous.
