During the Nov. 21 meeting, Barbara Roberge read the first readings of multiple RSU 23 policies: JIC-2021 (Student Code of Conduct), IKFA (Early Graduation), IHBAK (Life Sustaining Emergency Care), IJOC (School Volunteers) and IJOC-E (School Volunteers Form).
The board recorded these as first readings; there was no vote to adopt or amend the policies during the meeting. As first readings, the items remain at the preliminary stage and will return for subsequent consideration in accordance with district policy procedures.
The minutes do not record detailed discussion of each policy's substance or proposed edits; the entries are recorded as readings only.
