Warrington supervisors approve EMS support resolution, employee plan change, homeowner payment plan and energy bids; lifeguards praised for rescue

Procurement: the board approved consortium bid awards for the 2025 fuel season: gasoline and low-sulfur diesel to Pilot Thomas Logistics at market-fluctuating pricing (margins specified in the bid memo), heating oil to Port Petroleum, and propane to Suburban Propane.
Recognition: township staff read an email and a letter from Warrington Community Ambulance Corps commending lifeguards and pool staff for a prompt rescue on June 26 that likely prevented a tragic drowning. The ambulance corps letter named several staffers and praised the professionalism and composure of the response team; the board thanked employees and said the footage and response would be used as training material.
