Warrington supervisors split over resolution backing SEPTA funding

Other supervisors described personally having used SEPTA for years and urged support for infrastructure investment that benefits commuters. After debate, the board took a vote; members split, with the motion to proceed recorded as approved by voice vote while one supervisor registered opposition on the record.
What happens next: staff will finalize the resolution language to clarify the township's position and any non-funding disclaimers before formalizing the record and distribution.
