Board approves several budget amendments, contracts, vehicle purchases and state grant agreement

Jeremy Morris presented Amendment 1 to Agreement 7300000059342 with the State of Oregon; the amendment was approved. The board also recessed into the Library Service District meeting to approve a contract with Modoc Contracting Company, Inc., presented by Library Director Nathalie Naveau, then reconvened the business meeting.
