Thayne council approves routine permits and resolutions; several motions pass unanimously

On financial matters, Mayor Simpson reported account balances and interest for WYO-STAR II ($1,503,844.55; quarterly interest $16,404.53), WYO-STAR I ($1,145,952.09; November interest $3,821.62) and a Bank of Star Valley CD ($1,597,101.64). The council moved to issue previously identified checks (amounts were not specified in the transcript) to be ratified at the next meeting and voted to pay bills; motions carried.
