Anna Paddock, chair of the Tamworth Planning Board, distributed a summary of recent RSA changes and said the board should review the draft contract and give feedback; Matt Dunn highlighted a survey Madison used in its own master‑plan update and Paddock said she would attend a Madison community meeting later in the month to observe that process. The board planned a work session with Shawna from LRPC around May 13 to begin substantive project work.
Board members asked that the contract language make clear the demographics review is a general outline and that hours could be reassigned to other tasks if needed. Members also asked whether the stated hours include travel time or only billable work on task items; the board requested the draft contract be adjusted or clarified and forwarded to Lianne Prentice for compilation of comments.
