The City of Green Lake Joint Review Board met June 25, 2025, and voted to receive the City Auditor's 2024 financial reports for Tax Incremental Financing Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6. The board approved the motion to receive the reports by a recorded vote of Ayes 4, Nays 0.
The board convened at 11:00 a.m. with Mayor Raymond Radis calling the meeting to order. After the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silent meditation, the meeting's posting was certified under the Open Meeting Law. Roll call recorded Mayor Raymond Radis, Green Lake County Representative Jason Jerome, Member at Large Amy Pipho, and Moraine Park Technical College Representative Tina Brochtrup (appearing via Zoom). Green Lake School Board Representative Susan Sorenson was listed as absent.
Member at Large Amy Pipho moved to approve the meeting agenda; Tina Brochtrup seconded and the motion carried. Pipho then moved to approve the minutes of the Sept. 26, 2024 meeting; Jason Jerome seconded and the motion carried.
The board next reviewed the City Auditor's 2024 financial reports for TIF Districts 3, 4, 5 and 6. Amy Pipho moved to receive the reports as presented; Tina Brotrup seconded. The motion passed by a recorded vote of Ayes 4, Nays 0. The minutes state the reports were prepared by the City Auditor; no further discussion or amendments to the reports are recorded.
With no additional business recorded, Pipho moved to adjourn and Jerome seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 11:03 a.m. Minutes were signed by Melissa M. Zamzow, Deputy Clerk.
